1. Terms

Welcome to Loma Real LLC Janitorial Services! By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law. 2. Service Agreement 

1. A service agreement must be signed before any work commences. The agreement will detail: 
   1. The services we provided 
   2. Pricing and payment terms 
   3. The frequency and schedule of services  
   4. Specific client requests or exclusions 
   5. Duration of the contract and cancellation policies 

3. Pricing and Payment 

1. Our pricing is based on the specific services requested and the size of the property. An estimate will be provided before the commencement of services. All payments must be made according to the payment scheduled outlined in the service agreement. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfers, check.

4. Client Responsibilities 

To ensure efficient and safe cleaning services, clients are responsible for: 
1. Providing access to the premises at the scheduled times 
2. Ensuring that areas to be cleaned are free of hazards and obstructions
3. Informing us of any special instructions, sensitive areas, or specific cleaning needs
4. Reporting any issues or dissatisfaction with the services and promplty so they can be adressed

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling 

Clients may cancel or reschedule services with Loma Real LLC by providing 7 days notice. Cancellations made with less than 3 days notice may incur a cancellation fee of $100

6. Liabilty 

Loma Real LLC will take all necessary precautions to prevent damage to property during the cleaning process. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage or issues that were not disclosed before service. Our liabilty is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We recommend that clients remove valuable or fragile items from areas to be cleaned. 

7. Termination 

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 10 days written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments due will be immediately payable.

8. Amendments

Loma Real LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. All changes will be posted on our website, and the updated version will be effective as the posted date.

9. Governing Law

These terms of service will be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes wil be resolved in the courts located within California General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Web Site.
